I never died so I really never used it. I can say it was higher than any other company life insurance policy I have been with. And in all honesty, if I company is going to have you on the road that much, and work you 16 hours a day, they should be paying the full cost of your life insurance, because they are the ones killing you.

Max amounts based on salary, not actual time worked or wages earned. So you are insured based on you working 30 hours/week even though you spend years averaging 50/week.
