BCBS. Coverage is good, but premiums are tiered based on your salary and are very expensive. COBRA is about the same price.

They think it is good, but once you get it, there is always surprises, unless you read every little detail of what it covers and how much, don't setup a procedure without knowing just exactly what willbe coming out of your pocket. And DXP makes all the rules on what the insurance will pay for.

I only had the company plan insurance for a few months. It was less expensive than buying it on the open market.
