Job Training

For this Job Training item, I can say that in the three months that I have been in the company I have received two elevator driving courses that have helped me a lot in my work tasks.

All on the job - probably depends on your manager

They give you a three day training on their computer, but it is actually a big waste of time in most areas, it is from back when they were a mom and pop company. They have not revamp the training, you get your training by trial and error and teammates.
