As others wrote:
*Matching is "private stock" for the company with a 3 year vesting period. It's also at 50% for 3% which is not great.
*Since the company is private, you cannot transfer the match amount to another investment. You cannot access your vested amount until you leave the company (assuming you have been there for 3+ years).
