Datadog’s personal fulfillment benefits support our employees in their pursuit of healthy and rewarding activities beyond their daily work life. We have a strong learning culture, offering individual- and team-specific training on an ongoing basis that is delivered by our Talent Development team through a host of learning programs. The Datadog Cares philanthropy program supports our global communities by encouraging and enabling employees to support causes that are meaningful to them through donation and volunteering initiatives.
Your health is a priority; that’s why we’ll reimburse 75% of the cost of qualified fitness-oriented expenses for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents under 18, up to $100 per month to a maximum of $1,200 per year. Qualified expenses include yoga and other exercise classes, personal training sessions, registration fees for races, bike share membership fees, home exercise equipment, gym memberships and more.
In order to support our growing families, we offer fully paid gender-neutral parental leave benefits to help Datadogs navigate parenthood at any stage. We also offer comprehensive family-forming benefits (adoption, fertility, fertility preservation, surrogacy), as well as pet adoption assistance and insurance for employees adding a furry friend to their growing family. There is also help available for parental support through a dedicated care advocate through our benefits provider.
We understand that without help, navigating mental health care benefits can be difficult. Datadog partners with various providers, including Modern Health and Maven to make sure you have mental health resources that are convenient, user-friendly and confidential. The program offers ten free appointments every year for you and your dependents, each, with a licensed mental health professional who specializes in your specific needs. These professionals include therapists, professional coaches, and care navigators.
