Very fair employee cost for both the high and low deductible health plans. My low deductible with 80/20 after that was met was around $70 every two weeks during my time there. Very competitive.

They offer 3 plans, from very expensive and comprehensive, to an HMO, and then a catastrophic plan. I had the mid level plan, and the company paid about $400 of the $500 monthly cost.
