Pays the taxes on a product; the program has become easier over the years to access.

17%. wooptie do.... not really an incentive.

The process to get the discount is very cumbersome.

Have used it several times for family and friends

Dell Enterprise customer Employees receive higher discounts on Dell hardware than Dell Employees do.

Not great... Not bad either Was about 17% off of selected models

Not bad: You get a few points off new stuff (maybe a 7% discount?). It's all the other stuff they offer that is nice and, quite frankly, fun: Dell Store (used and refurbished merchandise and 50% discounts); discounts at various outlets and retailers (10% off anything from Lands End, Jos. A. Bank, etc., 20% off featured local neighborhood restaurants, etc.).
