Retirement plan is a company matched 401k. Yes guess HR thinks employees are too young to think about retiring and will change companies before they get to retirement age. Retiring from Dell means telling your manager you quit. Could be a lot better they have the resources. No vesting in any benefits. Good bye, farewell, adios.
