Contrary to the claims, they are very poor in diversity. Eg., Princeton office which has close to 300+ professional, you see only 1 or 2 African American professionals. Deloitte is dominated by whites and males. HR reports are flawed and managed. A 3rd party + governmental survey only will bring out these facts.

Deloitte tries to be diverse but it really isn't. Its diverse if you include mainly Indians but not much other races than white.

They are very into diversity and inclusion no matter what your background is. There is a community for all nationalities, backgrounds and ethnicity.

it was too surfaced and too there is nothing substantial. some engagement leaderships do not like to work with foreigners, and discriminated them. While the HR invesitgation cannot do much about it. a lot of politics. they tend to cover the wrongdoing of the engagement leadership. They pretend to investigate, and then told you evidence is not sufficient for discrimination, and case closed. after that, engagement leadership will continue discriminating and retaliating against you.
