Covers health, transportation and parking. Pre-tax of course. I think for Transportation and parking the max are about $275/month. Receipts are not required for certain situations and direct payments (to the vendor) are possible.

The plan is useful although I personally do not use it because the federal government gets to keep what you don't spend which I have a real problem with.
