Meeting base goal for month bonus is the same bonus assistant manager get. Then there is medium bonus that pays a little more. Max bonus is where you make much more then assistants.

The bonus program was really the best part. You could get several different bonuses. It all depends on how much your sales were. IF the store made of last year then you could bonus. There were no other types of bonuses.
