The Retirement Plan for Draper Employees (RPDE) is a defined contribution plan in which an employee contributes 5% of their base salary on a tax-deferred basis, and Draper contributes an amount equal to 10%. Employees are fully vested in their contributions. New plan participants begin with 50% vesting in Draper contributions, earning an additional 10% for every year completed; 100% vesting in Draper contributions is achieved upon completion of five years of participation.
