Right now I would not feel comfortable self identifying with any group that is out of the mainstream of my geographical location. Sometimes that is within racial groups. Diverse yes. Inclusion is more elusive as a behavior and there is an opportunity of improvement in my region.

Diversity programs are present like all programs - good for networking but never really saw the advantage of them.
