cadillac plan, most meds were no out of pocket, dr's office visits were very inexpensive, labs were covered, and surgeries were almost all covered.

The coverage was good, low deductibles, the paycheck deduction was still steep but it was worth it to have good coverage that pretty much every doctor accepted.
