Just not a great plan - I typically don't use mine since it is straight out of pocket each time I use it. You do get an annual physical, though, and teeth cleaning twice a year. So its something.

Coverage is pretty good and premiums aren't too bad compared to other plans that I've seen. I enjoy it very well
