Range of options from low-cost/high-deductible $2500 plan to higher cost plans of $95-135/month for single for a $400 or 800 deductible plus 10%/20% coinsurance. More and more companies are defaulting to these plans, but it is the least generous benefit at EY.

Prescription coverage could be better. Several options with well-known insurance companies including a high-deductible option.

The plan coverage is decent, but there is little subsidy for family members and copays are quite high for the premium package which has a fairly high premium.

The Health Insurance was legitimate for a company so large; however, it was difficult to manage benefits as they were all provided to third party companies.

expensive and poor coverage. expect to pay $2-3k out of pocket after monthly premium if you have children who get sick and go to the hospital.
