Most of my job training was self-trained. It was hard to get funding for training on Adobe AEM, SharePoint. I was able to get training via Udemy.

Many people appreciate that training is systematic, accessible, and aligned with career paths — helping you build both foundational and advanced capabilities. Worst: The volume and pace of training can sometimes feel overwhelming alongside billable work and deadlines. Because so much training is expected on top of regular responsibilities, some employees feel like they’re juggling too much at once rather than learning at a manageable pace.
