Great people at EY willing to knowledge share - that is why I am rating a 4. Considered rating a 3 due to the fact that while they develop others - true growth related feedback is hard to come by.

Good support for professional development

counseling programs, family trees, partners and managers offering professional advice as well

Very week professional development . Require one certification and will pay for it but will not pay for more than one and doesn't support continuing education very well except through company online webinars which are not great.
