Health Insurance

At first you had an option between 80/20 and 90/10 with various deductibles. They went to 80/20 in the last 5 years. Still good coverage. Paid Holidays, but if you had to work it was double time plus 8hr holiday pay. Anything over 8hr/day was time and half.

Great health insurance included upon signing up

Eaton's Health Insurance had several providers for various needs. I do not have anything negative to say about it.

The health insurance is pretty good. The plan is currently through United Healthcare and seems to be the plan most employers offer

Subpar benefit package from Eaton. The health insurance is basically Obamacare.

Great package includes dental and vision. Employee assistance program very beneficial

Best benefits I've experienced in a very long time. I was really happy with the company but I, unfortunately, had to leave.

Ok benefits but you will pay dearly for them.
