It was typical corporate with several options available. Putting my spouse on company insurance wasn't too painful.

At the beginning of each calendar year they deposit $400 into your HSA account.

Somewhat challenging to navigate all the programs.

HSA is easy to use.

Health insurance in very comprehensive.

We use to not have a copay at doctors appointment but now you have to pay for the whole visit out your pocket now.

I didn't have health care - I told you I was a contractor

Benefits are excellent and start on day one!

The best thing is that Eaton isnt a trend setter in the benefits area, they will wait and see what others are doing in the industry before changing. So you can usually predict what is coming. The downside is that for a large company the insurance is average at best.
