Offer HSA account option to complement high deductible plans.

It is good, but prices higher

You have a high deductible and you only get to choose between 2 plans with 1 insurance company. When cost of living raises happen our insurance some how goes up just enough to cancel each other out. Almost like no raise at all.

There are two Health Insurance provider options (United Healthcare and a new mobile app provided (new)) which is nice. You have to get bloodwork every year to be eligible for the lowest premiums which can be inconvenient.
