Looking at other options outside company, I am spending 6000 a year plus on insurance and have to spend 6000 plus to cover the deductible before it even covers a prescription. Now if I have a maintenance drug it would cover it. I have friends that work for local businesses and they pay less and have a 25 copy and drugs covered. They work for companies of underm100 employees. This multinational company keeps reducing insurance coverage and increasing cost

Very expensive medical insurance. The dental and vision are decent coverage for what you pay out of pocket

Coverage is good (UnitedHealthcare + Caremark), but no out-of-network coverage and very high deductible ($1500 single, $3000 family)
