Every five years, you’ll be eligible for a month-long paid sabbatical. If you go to a country you've never visited, Epic helps to cover the flight and hotel expenses for you and a guest. It's our way of encouraging you to expand your horizons and experience something entirely new.

Takes a while to reach, and could still potentially get paged, but still nice

not many people will reach 5 years to take it, but it's nice to offset the poor vacation day

I would give it 5 stars because it is an awesome concept to have a month of paid vacation but they get that back from you in only offering 2 weeks of paid vacation for the first 5 years. They actually save a week of paid vacation over time if you think about it. Moreso golden handcuffs than a real treat.

4 week sabbatical every 5 years (can be split into two 2 week options). Free travel to a country you haven't been to for you + guest (first) and you + 3 guests (each time after)

I personally haven't taken a sabbatical at Epic, but everyone I know who has taken theirs has given it very positive reviews. They pay for your travel and hotels if you go somewhere you've never been before!

Awesome Sabbatical program! 4 weeks of paid time of every 5 years, on top of your normal paid time off. If you go to a country you haven't been, then they pay for the trip. You will still have to pay taxes on it.
