Expensive, high deductible, not good for folks with an ongoing medical condition. This was true from the basic "I'm an invincible 22 year old" catastrophe type plans to the family+kids plans.

Again very average plans with a HMO type high premium average deductible as well as a lower premium very high deductible plan also offered via Cigna. Good network, HSA and FSA available with small amount of funding by Equifax.

Employee contributions as percentage of premium keep going up each year.
Very high deductible plans with many exclusions - especially in the area of durable medical equipment.

Premiums are too high and coverage is too low.

It was very very good two years ago. Now, not so much. Health insurance is through Cigna, and I believe Equifax was limited on what they could offer now versus two years ago.

Equifax's health insurance offers more coverage than I have experiences with other employers and at a comparable out-of-pocket cost to the employee.

Expensive and constantly have to battle over claims. Company self funds yet deceptively touts that they spend thousands per year paying for my coverage.... If my premium is greater than the sum of my claims, the company is just paying into their own bank account.
