Work From Home

Some limited flex work from home is offered, but not full time outside sales staff

occasionally alllowed work from home , if approved by manager

Flexible, depends mostly on the manager

Work from home benefit is good, but encourages management to be absent a great majority of the time.

Very flexible depending on the job. My experience has been very favorable.

I've never had a role that really works with work from home, so not something I'm focused on. Others do it though.

If you're a Hearing representativ in California, they'll have employers calling you at 5:00 a.m. from the east coast to prep for a hearings. Nothing is crazier than having a hostile vp of operations of a fortune 500 company calling you at 5:00 a.m. with 4 witnesses present for a hearing you were assigned via computer while you were sleeping, that's gonna occur in 30 minutes. When the vp complains because you don't have the documents and exhibits and neither does the judge, you'll get thrown under the bus.

Seemed very flexible although some managers do insist on seeing you in person on occasion. I would say it really depends on the role and if the role is one that allows work from home then its available by policy to work from home.
