OK Dental- never really had to use besides basic cleaning but was available and believe it was Delta Dental which the dental office didn't seem too thrilled with as it seemed like a low reimbursement for them

Dental insurance doesn't cover a lot either. You get 2 visits for a year, if your contract is that long. Doesn't cover a lot of dentists in whatever area you might be in.
