They accrue quickly, allowing employees to build up time to use when needed and easy to communicate the use of when needed. Offered to roles after 90 days of employment along with the other benefits and you accrue them during that time to use after the 90 days. Depending on your role, you would have to make sure you are paying attention to your sick time to have an accurate amount based off of how frequently you need or use: reflected in the apps they recommend.
