It was only avaliable for items 40% off and less. Couldnt be used ln clearance items and prices were already jacked up.

40% seems like a lot at first but when you consider that you are required as an employee to wear their jeans and they are at the least $50 with the 40% discount then I believe it's time to change your discount policy.

I love the discount! It allows me to wear Express clothes while at work. Sometimes I do wish some of the clothes were at a more reasonable price point but the discount definitely helps.
