Nice to get 10% off gasoline and oil at Exxon and Mobil stations. Plus, local ExxonMobil employee clubs negotiate with local retailers for discounts on phone & utilities, clothing stores for business attire (e.g. Brooks Brothers), etc which is a nice perk that makes you feel "a part of the club".

10% off gasoline. The discount is terrible. Also the discount is taxed so in reality you are only given 8.1%
