Health insurance through Aetna is pretty good; most things are covered with reasonable co-pays. However, the mental health insurance is subcontracted through Magellan and tends to have higher co-pays and limited networks.

Better than industry average. Lower deductible than most. Can't be compared to insurance benefits from 10 years ago, but still better than most. Other industries such as High Tech seem to be better.

Great insurance at a reasonable price, and generally a good option for everyone (male, female, all ages, dependents or not, etc.) Some specialized situations (i.e. specific needs of a disabled child) might not be covered as comprehensively as the more common things.
