Their Health insurance has a high coverage plan with option to opt out in order to get a few thousand extra a year. I was able to do this and stay on my parents plan for a bit longer to save some extra money.

The health insurance plan is a premium plan and is superb, giving access to high-quality providers.

One of the best insurance plans I've ever or will ever have. The spousal penalty can be expensive but for a family where the mother or father stays home, it's pretty awesome.

Health Insurance is basically free. The cost to employee amounts to about $30 a paycheck.

Factset offers health insurance. It's not exceptional, and you could do far better. Kind of like the company itself.
