The bonus available to certain employees ranges from a base 10-15% which can be really excellent when what is known as the 'stip pool' is funded. If you have an exceptional review and are a relatively high paid employee in a year when the pool is funded you can get even more than 15% of your yearly salary. The chance of the pool being fully funded is low, however, and the company changes the goals for this pretty much every year.
