Company is strongly committed to work from home work environment. Less than 10% targeted to be essential in office employees. The remainder of employees are OK to work from home. Company looking to reduce real estate footprint as a result. Option to report to office remains for those who reside near a current location.

At that time, it was only 1 day remote and you will need to get approval from your direct manager. I heard that they have since changed their policy to allow full-time remote but your salary may be decreased if you choose that option. Since I am not a current employee, I am not too sure about this statement.

We've been remote since the start of the pandemic (90% of the workforce), which is amazing and indicates how forward the company is.
