Diversity Programs

Say there is a diversity manager, but see no action.

Their idea of diversity is this "if you don't go to our church in this small little town of Blaine, then everything you do will be wrong and you will get punished for it" honest truth here. I was shocked that a large company like FedEx has such a problem with this.
