It's very cheap at under 11 dollars a month

It's pretty standard, you don't have a co pay but your deductible is very high.

After 1000 hours of employment you get dental, eye and medical insurance. Insurance covered well and it was cheap. Copay was cheap too.

Same story, Health insurance became too expensive after realignment from financial downturn and they never went back after we recovered from it.

Good plan choices. But very low contribution to hsa. Not the best plans in the corporate world.not the worst either.

Cheap and great coverage for both full time and part time employees

There are multiple options and levels of coverage available based on your personal health situation. There are plans more suited to a maintenance scenario as well as those with complex health conditions; however, expect to pay more as the company is self-funded.
