Job Training

the Job training is outstanding they be with you in the trailer step by step on how to load by filling the belly properly and nice and tight and when building packages walls the trainer helps you understand what you need to do on properly build the walls and if your worried about not gaining fast paced in time they usually say we understand and we will work with you and accommodate to what you need they'll be like your natural support.

It is a farce, they don't follow their own rules!!

Great benefit for the employees!

Non existence throw you learn or get fired.

Training was okay but definitely not enough

The best thing is most of the staff will help you learn new things.

FedEx does do a decent job at training you. Before you start you do get 3 days of training and most of it is classroom based.

Little to no training, online training is out dated and not helpful

Job training at fedex was pretty good . Hands on , Picking up good techniques and skills .
