They denied all my claims. I had to fight for months to get prescriptions filled, I tried contacting HR for any advice or assistance as to why the Insurance wouldn't cover certain things. For example, I have ADHD. I have taken Adderal since I was 19 years old and am now 32. I go in every 6 months to get this refilled per federal regulations. If my medical records weren't enough, I had to see a psychiatrist again, to reprove I have ADHD, again, and I ended up having to pay out of pocket since they wouldn't cover the psych. visit. So I had to pay $400 on top of the premiums just to get a script filled, even after my doctor sent over my medical records showing why he was prescribing me deferral.

It cost $500 a month to use it. Not worth it, if you have the option for something else.
