Health Insurance

Medical insurance is pricey and not that great. But their dental insurance is pretty good. Paid vacation is great with seniority but they try and limit the time you request off. You have what they call Key Days which you CANNOT request due to business needs, which pretty much makes up half of the month.

High priced for the benefit but in line with others.

Coverage was good, but it was expensive. Would have been better off finding my own insurance. They need to think about their employees more.

The only fault my family had with the health insurance program was we prefer not using Cigna specifically.

Health insurance has 3 levels of coverage. The premium level is a PPO with mail-in prescription drugs available.

Two options, expensive Cigna HMO or terrible HRA plan with $5000 deductible. Don't confuse HRA with HSA. The HRA money isn't yours.
