WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
Forrester believes in an office-first hybrid work model. Being together in the office drives innovation, energy, culture, and professional development. At the same time, the flexibility to work from home some days each week is important to personal productivity and satisfaction.
We also offer full-time homeworker status for some roles.

You don't have to commute, but you get very little support as a homeworker. Limited tech budget, etc.

the balance of work with a work from home strategy is great. Depending on where you are located, they want you in the office 2-3 days a week, but I believe that is a plus.

At the time, work from home was discouraged. The thought was research needed collaboration despite the fact that many did not actually engage. Clearly, the company missed taking the cue from their employees.

Opportunity to WFH one day a week. Post pandemic it appears we are likely to have an even more flexible WFH option.

This is where Forrester could improve - currently we only get 1 WFH Day - it would be great to have 2 -3 WFH days that are allowed as part of company policy and not a manager to employee agreement.
