The health insurance premiums are more expensive, and have a higher deductible than larger companies, and the negotiated discounts from the health insurance provider are not as high as I have experienced with other high-deductible health plans

Insurance Deductibles are high - $5K per family and $3K per individual. There is a couple of options to consider but none of them are great for the employee. I live in an area with no office so there are not a lot of choices on doctors in-network.
