The health insurance is pretty good.

It helps, but coverage is still not strong. I had to have surgery done while there and the bill left after the surgery was over $10 K after the insurance paid their part.

The only "affordable" option is not affordable in the end as it saves you money check per check but your out of pocket expenses are so high that you cannot afford to seek care if you did need it.

The health insurance is very expensive. My husband has insurance through Healthcare.Gov and has a lower co-pay and premium. It's literally 1/4 of mine. I pay for insurance that I simply cannot use.
