The Company offers dental coverage.
The plan includes:
Preventive: Oral exams, cleanings, topical fluoride applications, x-rays, etc.
Basic: Fillings, simple extractions, crown repairs, dentures, bridges, pulp caps/pulpotomy, periodontal root planing and scaling, etc.
Major: Bridges and dentures, oral surgery, root canal, periodontal surgery, implants, occlusal guards, inlays, onlays, crowns, general anesthesia, etc.
Orthodontia: For dependent children up to age 21 50% after deductible
You will pay these premiums on a pre-tax basis.
