The Company offers medical benefits and a choice between two plans. Both plans offer Comprehensive health care coverage, 100% in-network coverage for preventive care and Prescription drug benefits. You will pay these premiums on a pre-tax basis.
We are also committed to the well-being of our employees and offer a health advocate program.
Health Advocate This program can help with health care and insurance-related issues, such as obtaining services for elderly parents and claims issues. The service is available to you at no cost, regardless of your medical coverage.

I like that you know how much your co-payment is right off when you have a doctor's visit.

The rates do go up on occasion but upper level management continually shops for the best prices

I gave it a 2 because management was always talking that they wished they had our teamsters security fund.

Not great, but works if you rarely see doctors.

The deductible is high and the specialist co-pay is $50, which can get pricey.

They have 2 different plans, one is a HMO that they DON"T wnat you to use, the other is one that they give you so much money up front to cover your co-pays, then you have a big gap before it starts covering you again. This is the plan they want you to take. The plan that covers your co-pays is fine for someone who does not have to go to the doctor very often. Unfortunately, if you are suffering from a illness where you have to see a doctor a lot, it's not a very good plan. But if you take the HMO, they tell you if you keep using it, they may have to get rid of the plan because it costs too much.
