If you want good healthcare you have to go out of network. High deductibles and the smoke and mirror is that your Out of pocket expense is not totally applied to the deductible. Only the Usual and Customer fee amount becomes the amount that is applied toward your deductible. What is the definition of Usual and Customary? They utilize Medicare $'s. Medicare? What decent healthcare provider today even accepts Medicare?!
