Job training is a benefit that is difficult to gauge across an entire company. My experience varied based on the role and the supervisor I had. In my earlier career, training was excellent, as my career progressed, it was expected that I was senior enough to be able to get the help I needed and work more independently. In some cases, I felt like I was expected to sink or swim. I think this experience will be based on one's role.
