None available to us working-schmos. Can't even buy discounted GSK stock through an Employee Stock Purchase plan! I was shocked!

The management level stock program is very generous. It is based on one's level in the company and they are dispensing with options and moving more toward stock grants. This is easier for the company to track the liability to them, and better for the employee because its usually cash in pocket.
