Absolutely incredible. The HMO is so good. All I pay is copays -- no deductive, no coinsurance. It's so good that I hardly ever think about it (yes, I have a family, so we do use it a lot).
My son has special needs, and the package covers 100% of his therapy. What a massive blessing. For most folks this is a major burden. The benefits at Garmin are so good that I don't pay any of it.
I've heard folks say our CEO really strives to take care of us. I'd say it's working.

Health insurance was great for a long time, but more recently spouses weren't allowed to get insurance (or paid 100% of the premium) if offered insurance at their employer. Employees paid 20% of insurance coverage. The insurance was very good overall.

It's possible to have a health plan with no premiums AND they contribute $1000 a year to your HSA AND they still cover preventative care 100% even before the deductible.
Preventative: 2 dental visits a year, 1 doctor check-up a year, one optometrist appt per year, 1 pair of glasses lenses every year or two, and some other stuff.

Very good by today's standard as health insurance perks circle the drain. Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO used to be free for salary employees. Now it costs a couple hundred a month for a family. Health Savings account for young/healthy/risk-takers

The typical co-pay for their HMO is $10.00 for regular office visits, $25.00 for urgent care and $75.00 for emergency room visits.
