Tuition Assistance

Complicated process, but for full-time employees this can be extremely beneficial. the approved school list is questionable but a degree is degree.

Currently, the tuition assistance is great for recently graduated students and current students. This program changes from year to year. They encourage continued education and as of 2017 had some discounts for certain colleges on tuition. You can see they put a lot of effort into this program.

There are companies who offer more money. Though the process is very simple and any tuition assistance is very helpful, the annual cap would not even cover a full semester of classes at my college.

Ok tuition assistance, but the amount is fairly low, so really you can only go to a smaller scale or part time/online college because you are also required to be full time. Store has to care about employees to work with them on this, and since Best Buy isn't really a career option in store, they don't care if you get educated. Just means you will be leaving.

Cannot use it if they keep changing my schedule every other month so why offer it if I can't use it
