Health Insurance

Health insurance is through Aetna and through Kaiser Permanente. There is co-pay and at the PPO level, the breakdown is approximately 95% insurance and 5% employee responsibility.

Family additions is relatively less than other companies

Good health plan options and coverage is good

Comprehensive and very inclusive

Worst: Like many employers, we are experiencing benefits erosion, with incentives to switch to higher deductible plans with higher copays. We probably still have better benefits than most, but not as good as they used to be just a couple of years ago.

Extremely cheap given the awesome level of coverage. Range of coverage options available based on need and cost. Vision and dental coverage available.

Great health care incentives for employees. Nothing really negative to disclose.
