I agree with you that it is crappy that Anthem was hacked. Unfortunately, this sort of thing is happening all too often with big companies, and this was by no means specific to Genesys, it was a nationwide breach and impacted over 80 million of their customers. It didn't impact all of our employees, but it did unfortunately impact some (me included!). While there’s not a lot that we can directly do to change the U.S. healthcare system, we’re doing everything we can at Genesys to ensure that our employees have quality care at a reasonable cost. Despite the rising costs of healthcare, we’re very proud to have kept cost increases for our employees flat for two years in a row. The HSA program is only one of several healthcare options that we offer. In addition to our two HSA options, we have PPO and EPO programs available to all employees, as well as HMOs in our regional hubs. We hear your frustration regarding the rising costs of healthcare. There is not a lot we can do about the healthcare situation in the US, but we are doing everything we can here at Genesys to take good care of our employees. We are proud that we have been able to keep cost increases to employees flat for two years in a row, which is rare. Additionally, we have been expanding our benefit options, adding several new medical plans and voluntary benefits – including pet insurance!
